01

What we do

CLINICAL INPUT

Clinical input for PMDA consultations and clinical evaluation plans

Regulatory consultants run the process. The questions that decide outcomes are clinical: which patients, which endpoints, and which comparators Japanese physicians will accept. We answer them from daily practice.

LANDSCAPE

Site and physician landscape for Japan

Using public MHLW procedure data covering more than 6,000 hospitals and society certification lists, we show which centers perform which procedures and where to start.

TRAINING

Training for clinical specialists and physicians

Echo- and TEE-guided structural heart and electrophysiology procedures, taught in the order the procedure happens. From a single 90-minute session to a full curriculum.

IMAGING

Echo and TEE image evaluation

Reading for trials and post-market studies, with reader criteria and reports your regulatory team can file.

REVIEW

Medical review and manuscripts

Medical review of Japanese-language materials, and case reports or manuscripts with Japanese investigators.

02

Why a cardiologist partner

Japan is the third-largest medical device market in the world, and about half of the devices used here are imported. Adoption, however, is decided hospital by hospital and physician by physician.

The founder images and supports structural heart procedures, and holds both the Japanese structural heart echocardiography certification and the perioperative TEE certification, a combination held by few physicians in Japan.

We do not sell your product. We help your team understand what Japanese physicians need to see before they use it.

How we work

  • NDA first. Your template is fine.
  • Retainer or project basis. A written quote before any work starts; invoices in USD or JPY.
  • Remote, across time zones. Written deliverables in English on agreed dates.
  • Independence: no product endorsement; conflicts of interest disclosed under society and institutional rules; no involvement in purchasing at our institution.
